Online Purchasing and Shipping Policy:

Prices listed on our website are exclusive shipping charges to online purchases only. All orders must be paid for in advance. There is no dollar minimum for online orders and no handling fee.

Shipping Charges are determined by the weight and size of your items, number of packages, and your delivery zip code. The final charge for shipping will appear at the end of your transaction. For a shipping estimate, please add the desired product to your cart.

Return or Delay Products Policy

We will email you both when we receive your order and when it is shipped. If you do not receive an email then your order did not get to us.
We download orders during our regular business hours 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST on Monday to Saturday.
Majority of the items displayed on this site will ship within 24 hours. Customers will be notified if products are back ordered or shipping will be delayed. All items will ship from our Authorized Manufacturing or Trading Units

ANY CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES OR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF SHIPMENT ARRIVAL.
